Original, restored double-hung sash windows line the building on both the upper and lower floors providing wonderful light all throughout the day. At night the estate sparkles with all the lighting and crystal touches.
Each room of The Banyan Estate has been lovingly restored from the beautiful crafted floors to the vintage chandeliers. There are large original, wooden staircases providing access to the loft on either end of the building and inviting french doors throughout connecting the different rooms and outdoor spaces.
Grand Hall – First Floor
The Grand Hall is perfect for social activities, an intimate gathering or dinner, and as a place to welcome guests to your event. Natural light and glistening floors make great photo shoots.
The Terrace Room – First Floor
The Terrace is perfect for dancing, dinner, ceremonies, and social functions. An inviting room with open rafters, elegant chandeliers and lined on multiple sides with french doors that flows effortlessly to the terrace and outdoor lawns.
The Chandelier Room – Second Floor
The Chandelier Room, a beautiful space accessible by two grand wood staircases, is an elegant setting for dinners, ceremonies, social activities, and more. Abundant natural light, and sweeping views of the grounds from the upper floor bring an upscale feel to this room.
